Given to Nightstar by Bluestar. Has not been fullfilled yet. Meaning is assumed that Tigerheart's kit Tigertail will rise to defeat River, Thunder, Shadow and WindClan, before ruling NightClan, and Nightstar. Unsure, but most likely. Other possible meaning is Tigerheart himself will rise again, or that Tigerstar will return from the dead to rise.
